iQpay Benefits Alerts sends text messages to notify you when you have received a benefit, such as digital purchase cards for fresh, frozen, or canned food, medically tailored groceries, general groceries, diapers, or medicine. Messages may include redemption instructions, balance or status updates, and related usage information. Messages are sent on behalf of the sponsoring organization (e.g., healthcare providers or community-based organizations) that enrolled you in the program.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the short code. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. To be re-enrolled, your sponsoring organization must add you again.
