SMS Terms

Terms and conditions for SMS messaging services provided through iQpay platform.

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the use of Short Message Service (SMS) messaging provided by Bridge Purchasing Solutions, Inc., iQpay, and any of its predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (collectively, "Company", "we", "our", or "us") through our platform and services. By using our SMS messaging services, you agree to these terms.

1. Consent and Authorization

We obtain express written consent from recipients before sending any SMS messages on behalf of our partner organizations. This consent clearly identifies the organization or program sending the messages, the purpose and frequency of messages, how to opt-out, and any applicable message and data rates. We maintain records of all consent obtained and comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, HIPAA, CCPA, and state regulations.

2. Message Content and Timing

We send messages related to program notifications and updates, benefit distribution, account alerts, appointment reminders, and educational content related to health and wellness programs. Messages are sent during reasonable hours (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time) unless urgent circumstances require otherwise. We do not send spam, unsolicited commercial content, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Opt-Out Requirements

All SMS messages include clear opt-out instructions. Recipients may opt-out by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message or by contacting us directly. Opt-out requests are processed immediately, and no further messages will be sent except for confirmation of the opt-out request.

4. Data Protection

All personal information collected and used for SMS messaging complies with applicable privacy laws. Phone numbers and related personal information are protected using appropriate security measures and are only used for the purposes for which consent was obtained.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Recipients are responsible for any charges incurred. Some carriers may not support SMS messaging or may have restrictions on message content or frequency.

6. Service Availability and Liability

We cannot guarantee message delivery or timing. Service may be interrupted due to technical issues, carrier problems, or other factors beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use SMS services, including failed or delayed message delivery.
